kick your self doubt
find your confidence
be your own best friend
amp up your self care
I work with women who are mothers to young children, 12 and under, who have full, busy lives with careers, businesses and caring roles. They would love to be putting more time into self development and different self care practices, and are wanting more for themselves but are feeling guilty about wanting more, are feeling fear, self doubt and are lacking in confidence. They’re craving a challenge and some accountability but are unsure of how to love themselves enough to create the life they secretly want.
I’m a die hard positivity junkie, natural cheerleader, storyteller, typical Gemini (*makes friends waiting in line at the post office*) and I’m a mother of two little wildflowers. I’m powered by the sun (hello Summer!) and juicy kick arse conversations with interesting people. I champion for women to find the positivity, say yes and love themselves first.
My natural state is positivity and happiness, but I’m honest and raw about all the shit bits too. I aim to live my life learning, always having a beginners mindset, taking chances, evolving and working on parts of myself that I want to expand.
I’m easy to laugh and I love hard. I trust the universe, love to try new things and I work hard to back myself every day. Finally, I’m a total hopeless case when it comes to books and icecream, there is no such thing as ever enough.
My original ‘side hustle’ became my main gig, and I’ve spent the last 4 years connecting with couples and marrying them – for a living, I know right?
I didn’t think it could get much better, but now I get to say I have two soul filled businesses running side by side, and it’s more than enough goodness to get me out of bed each day.
My background is in Early Childhood, and it’s actually crazy to me how much of what I learnt way back then lends itself to coaching women through their mindset rollercoasters. How we speak to children becomes their own self talk, we’re building their tiny brains and hearts to value themselves and their abilities. Again and again I help women tap back into that – what would you try if you completely loved yourself?
I help women with young children and busy lives to shake their self doubt, self sabotage and guilt for wanting more for themselves. I help them find self love and confidence to be their own best friends first. It is the most delicious work, and if this sounds like you, or you resonate with this at all, you have to reach out so we can find your inner cheerleader –
